- My Sister's Rehearsal -

My sister's wedding crept up on us quickly this past spring.  After all the planning it had finally come to the day before the wedding.  The day of the rehearsal, my sister and all our family worked hard putting together all of the details for the wedding.  My sister did an awesome job with all the preparations, spending months collecting all the perfect antiques to put together her vintage wedding theme.

An old window, baby's breath, and my sister's engagement photos finished off the guest book table.

My sister ordered this picture book to use as the wedding guestbook.

An IKEA frame decorated with a chalk pen.

This was one of the entrance tables in the wedding and reception hall, my favorite to decorate!

My sister found these playing cards at an antique shop with her wedding dates on them.

My sister and mom spent hours making these pinwheels by hand out of scrapbook paper.

All the pinwheels were handmade of scrapbook paper also.  These were to be given to all the guests to hold as the bride and groom left the church.

My sister ordered these adorable shirts for my kids to wear the next day while we were all preparing for the wedding.

I loved my Maid of Honor bag!

My mom, sisters, and I =)

The happy couple to be!

  2. The wedding prep seemed both challenging and fun. Challenging, due to the vintage items you need to collect; and fun, because nothing is more exciting than the preparation itself! Anyway, after the long prep work and the big day itself, I’m curious on where would those items ended up. I think you can still re-use them for other occasions. What do you think?
